Lemon Meringue Pie @sohohouse 🤤🍋 - An impressive dessert on the menu at Electric House in Notting Hill. First time trying it and it was delicious. A huge mound of fluffy, torched meringue. A slither of sweet, sharp and creamy lemon curd. A buttery, crumbly biscuit base. Three different elements each bringing their own flavours and textures. Very nicely assembled with each layer working perfectly with the next.
