The City of London’s wet, moody streets received a ray of Texan sunshine this week with the arrival of Interstellar BBQ at The Ned London. I’ll be brief, if you’re a meat or BBQ lover this is a unique opportunity to try the food from this legendary Michelin-starred Austin smokehouse, collaborating with East London’s From the Ashes BBQ, which is in residency at The Ned’s Electric Diner for just one month. It’s honestly the best BBQ food I’ve eaten and am so grateful to have had a seat at the counter for press preview night.
