Some nights stick with you — this was one of them. Had the honour of shooting a “One. Night. Only.” dinner with @kasamachicago, the first Filipino Michelin-starred restaurant, and witnessing the brilliance of @timothyryanchi and @geniekwon up close. A fresh yet crispy lumpia with herbs, a mussel-laced chicken adobo that brought the umami, wagyu kare-kare that was straight-up insane, and a croissant laced with truffle and Délice de Bourgogne 🤯 Grateful for the experience, and big thanks to Chef Dru @maitakepapi for connecting the dots and always building bridges for the Filipino community 🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Filipino pride all around🫡 ✨
