Set high above Londons iconic skyline, Kitty - herbalist and wellbeing coach - provided an insightful workshop on the use of plants that we can use to boost our health as we step into spring. After rebalancing our senses with essential oils and nourishing our bodies with herbals teas, participants were treated to a deeply relaxing sound journey. Many commented that they were able to completely zone out from any city noises and only felt the healing frequencies, allowing them to drift into states of deep rest and rejuvenation. Sound healing helps to reduce stress and bring balance and renewed energy to the body, mind and soul.
