On Sunday, I had the pleasure of being on a panel discussing the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood and balancing it with a demanding career. What a lovely way to celebrate Mother’s Day! 🥳🥰 I was joined by the incredible Nicole Burrow (Senior Director at Spotify), Nathalie Bernce (founder of Smartech, who was multitasking with her baby!), and Marion Ringborg (founder of Studio Marion). We talked about mom guilt, work guilt, self-care, boundaries, and how motherhood shifts our perspective on ambition. We also explored work-life integration and how workplaces can support motherhood. I shared insights on how I help my clients navigate these topics. A big thank you to Rebecca Krishnan for facilitating, and Asli Tunhammar, Anna Ellinor Chae, and Im Sundström for organizing at Soho House.
