🚀 Not quite out of this world but still the only way to get your hands on it short of a flight to USA - @interstellarbbq is in London at @thenedlondon and boy is it a wild ride 🔥 At £140 for a sharing tray between 2, this is a HUGE amount of food so bring some tupperware. An extra £40 for the wagyu brisket which was like melted butter - insane but not cheap addition 🐄 . 👏 I didn't love every item on this plate, and found it got quite 'samey' with all the different meats and the smoke flavour, but some of those items were standout for me - the sausage, the pork belly, and the brisket alone.
