I’m releasing the third episode of my series about myself, titled Gritsfeldt: Faces of Love. It’s always fascinating to look back at an old version of myself and realize how different I am today — how much experience, knowledge, and understanding of the world, life, and myself I’ve gained since then. Right now, I’m going through a period of separation from my partner, and even this painful moment has given me profound insight into my inner processes — lessons you can’t run away from. One thing I know for sure, as Carl Jung said, is that no matter what happens, you must always choose yourself. Relationships, after all, are mirrors: they reflect both our light and our shadows, teaching us who we truly are and where we still need to grow. Interestingly, all of this is happening on the eve of my show in Milan, where I plan to celebrate life in all its diversity and fullness.
