PLEASE STOP GOING ON YOUR PHONES IN YOGA CLASS 🫣 Can't believe it needs saying but please, it's not cool to be on your phone during class... 🫣😂 yoga teachers and fitness instructors, I bet you've got some stories about this one! On a friendly note loves please, stay off the phones in class. It's incredibly rude and there's nothing more disheartening to see, as the person delivering the class. If you don't want to be there, don't be there! And if you do, then leave your phone in your locker and fully be there. ✨If you're there in body, give yourself permission to be there in mind and soul as well. ✨ Who's been disrupted by someone on their phone during a yoga or fitness class?
