We absolutely adore cheeky dinner dates between gals, especially at @cecconisrestaurants ✨ There’s something undeniably thrilling about the glow of multiple oval chandeliers, the cozy corner nooks with tufted leather benches, and the semi-open kitchen concept. The stage for indulgence is perfectly set, inviting you to get cozy and focus on your company. 🍸 This time, the daily special was the dish to dictate our dinner menu, pasta with chanterelles & shrimps. This sounded so intriguingly delicious that we pretty much built our menu around it. This was the right choice. The dish was definitely one of our highlights and I’m still drooling over this flavor bombshell pasta. 🦐😮‍💨 Another must orders from Cecconi’s menu for @xeniaeatsberlin and me was their artichoke cacio è pepe. We looove a well cooked artichoke with a creamy pepper sauce! Although #cecconisberlin is known for their Neapolitan pizzas with exciting toppings, we stuck to the basics this time and went for a margherita. Although next time I might want to try the black truffle, zucchini, chanterelle & goat cheese pizza because damn. 🤤 The only dish that left hoping for was their beef carpaccio. Although it was delicious, we hoped a bit more protein vs rocket. 🤝 Cecconi’s is owned by @sohohouse and their restaurants are located in 13 countries around the globe from Berlin to Miami Beach to Istanbul. Although owner and the concept is the same between countries, their Berlin interior definitely has an added element of sexy. ⛓️‍💥♥️ Invitation | Einladung
