Michelin star Texas BBQ from @interstellarbbq doing a one month residency at @thenedlondon - Peach tea glazed pork belly, pulled lamb shoulder, confit duck leg, beef short rib, Australian wagyu brisket, and chilli & cheese sausage. Amazing! The sides beans, coleslaw, beef fat potatoes, Texas toast and pickles were top notch too! Took a doggy bag with the leftovers home - which we’ll be eating long into the weekend… 🤤☺️😎
