Ludlow House

Something powerful happens when the room is built with intention. Not just to be seen, but to be heard. To be real. To be connected. That was the energy at @sheinnovatesofficial 3 🥂🪩🩷 We gathered founders, builders, brand leads, and operators. Not for panels. For perspective. Not for buzzwords. For honesty. And together, we created a space that hit different. From Erika Ayers Badan’s truth bombs on failure and ego, to Khulan Davaadorj’s reminder that where you’re from is your superpower, to hallway convos about scaling, switching lanes, and showing up anyway, the room was full of women who are actually in it. Building. Rebuilding. Choosing what success looks like on their own terms. No gatekeeping. No gloss. Just real talk and shared ambition. To the community: we’re not done yet.
