On Mother’s Day, we had the privilege of hosting the ‘Dear Mom’ brunch, an intimate celebration in honour of the incredible mothers featured in our photo series, and all immigrant mothers in the diaspora whose stories often go unsaid but never unnoticed. Dear Mom, a project created by Emma Kaputo, was born out of a desire to spotlight the strength, resilience, and unwavering love immigrant mothers carry with them 💕 threads that bind communities together across generations and continents.
