Went to the Love Your Vulva book launch last night with @this_is_fifty 💕✨ Tie-dye, taboo topics and lots of laughter – who knew vulva chat could be this empowering? 👀 @fabulouspharmacist (Laura Dowling) is on a mission to make sure no woman (or daughter) grows up without the language, confidence and freedom to love their body. It was an evening of real conversations about women’s health, our bodies, and the language we were never taught to use. Laura is a pharmacist on a mission and to break down the silence and stigma, reminding us there is no shame in something so universal. This is a book every woman should read, and one to pass on to our daughters so they can grow up empowered, informed and free from the taboos many of us grew up with.
