When was the last time you celebrated your milestones? We have a big one to share with you. Mira Culic and I are celebrating five years of The Mind Takeaway podcast this week, a significant milestone for us, especially for our podcast. Celebrating your journey and remembering what you have achieved and learned is essential. Losing your bearings and normalising your hard work is very easy and something we often support our clients with, as it's easy to lose sight of what you did well and why you did it, plus be open to what you can learn along the way.
