Four years ago (a few days late, but worth the wait 😉), we celebrated what we call our I Do Day 💕 Some of you might wonder why we have two wedding stories, and that’s because we’re lucky enough to have said I do twice. 💍 Back in October 2019, on 19.10.19 (I do love my numbers), we had the most beautiful wedding in Ibiza. On our local beach in San Miguel, surrounded by all our friends and family, it was everything we dreamed of, but in Spain, it wasn’t legally binding. The plan was to make it official in Vegas in 2020… but then the world turned upside down. Fast forward to 2021, after Mark’s recovery from fighting for his life with COVID, we knew it was time to finally (and legally) become Mr & Mrs Craddock. That moment became part of his healing journey too, something to look forward to and celebrate together. So we chose to go full boujee and booked Kensington & Chelsea Registry Office, with just 7 of our closest friends and family. We stayed at The Ned (our favourite London spot, and where we ended our 2019 honeymoon too), had lunch just the two of us at The Ivy Asia, and then in an evening ceremony, became officially husband and wife. From the limo stopping outside Buckingham Palace to walking into @thenedlondon feeling like movie stars, to Heather Small performing for our first dance, it was the most magical, unforgettable weekend. We’ll always call this our I Do Day, a celebration of love, resilience, and the journey we’ve been on together. I’m so grateful for every memory we’ve made and all the ones still to come. Happy Anniversary my love, I love you more everyday and am forever grateful for our love ❤️ @mark_pureselfdefence @marrymeinchelsea Make up & hair by @laurahulbertcreative Necklace @honoura_jewellery Dress @asos #IDoDay #LoveStory #WeddingAnniversary #gratitude
