Last Saturday, Chef Jim Löfdahl joined forces with Soho House Hong Kong for their third annual crayfish party, an event that brought the spirit of Sweden’s beloved kräftskiva to life. This revered tradition is a quintessential part of Swedish late summer, where friends gather to feast on crayfish, sing traditional songs, and toast to the season.
