Recorded in New York, rooted in nordic soul we gather on November 6th from 7-10 pm The night begins in stillness, rises in rhythm, and ends in celebration a bridge between presence and release. We open with a guided breathwork and sound bath journey led by @therapywithroshi and @breathewithrosie, accompanied by live music from @soundawakeningtribe. From there, we move into a live performance by Lisa Åkesson, a soulful unfolding of melody and emotion that bridges the sacred and the human.
