Soho House Berlin

It is important for us to prioritize inclusion and teamwork because this creates a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives lead to better solutions. With these values, we build a stronger, more connected team where everyone can contribute and likes to work. The picture shows Pia and me at a social event at Soho House in Berlin. Having social events like these is so important for the team spirit and the motivation 🚀 #sohohouse #teamspirit #berlin #worklifebalance #femaleempowerment
