I N T E G R I T Y . . . Last night, when flicking through my old book, Earth Is Hiring by the truly excellent @petajean_ (gifted to me many moons ago by my equally excellent friend, @lschonnemann), I immediately landed on a page where I'd pressed a tiny four-leaf ☘️. It's most likely been there for the past five years or possibly more even, waiting to be found, to offer some hope amongst the grimness of the world at large these days. This section of the book was about integrity and I fell compelled to share it at the end of my Energsing Flow class this morning at @flowstatehove. (thank you to all you wonderful people who joined - @rachelelizabetheff, @lovechild_90, @tombere5ford, @floyogabrighton, @practicewithchristina and everyone else coming to gather and flow). Integrity "doesn't mean to live a perfect life without any contradictions..." Integrity "is necessary for radical honesty and alignment..." Integrity "is you leading you." With this in mind we flowed though a practice with the liminal spaces in focus and indulged in the inbetweeness of it all. Weaving in and out of familiarity and the less familiar, stability and the more unstable. Thanks for showing up!
