Soho House Location

An Austin (Texas) barbeque place at The NED (London). Crazy right? Well, Interstellar BBQ is doing a pop-up until 5 October. @interstellarbbq The short rib and pork belly were outstanding. The lamb shoulder, duck leg, and chilli cheese pork sausage were good too. A logistical misstep was made when we added on the Australian wagyu brisket (because, not enough meat, right?) … our eyes were bigger than our belly, and in any case the brisket was just Okay. A great night out, although perhaps a tiny bit on the expensive side (i.e. value for money).
