The start of something great! I am so honored and energized to participate in Academic Work’s mentorship program for high potential young women in their final stages of education before they enter their future. It is a heartfelt mission of mine to support women of all career stages and as entrepreneurs as they embark on the amazing and winding road of leadership. The trend is unfortunately clear. The amount of young women who want to pursue a leadership career is declining. But women are so very needed at the top, both in the corporate world and investment arena for sustainable and profitable businesses as we take on the future of our society. So if I get the opportunity to contribute to more women pursuing leadership roles, I will jump at it! I also feel that it is a promising start of a great future relationship with @emmaehnevid, leader of Academic Work’s Business Area Finance. There is so much we can do together! 🤩 Happy Friday! 🙌🏼
