As I look back, it was the mission of @raisefashionnow, Black designers, and a relentless board who inspired me to reengage with an industry I loved, yet knew required change. I'm grateful. In the past three years, our community has grown to include 250 brands, 300 pro-bono advisors, 13 HBCUs, and our inaugural cohort of eight exceptionally talented Brand Fellowship Designers. Every step forward is a victory, and we acknowledge the accomplishments of our community members.
