I had such a great time speaking on the Women in Film panel during the Berlinale moderated by the lovely @julia_brandmann. Thank you @miriamdehne and @mara.luka for the invite. And Katja Struwe and Birgit Moldaschl for being great co-panelists. I love the energy of speaking live to an audience of talented filmmakers. Some just starting out, some have been at it for a while, others are pivoting into new roles within the industry. Wherever you are in your professional film & tv journey, the most powerful tool you can have in this business IMO is first and foremost a mindset that sets you up for success.
