✨ Last Saturday, August 23, 2025, Wine Cave and Major Cellar co-hosted a memorable tasting at Soho House Hong Kong. 지난 8월 23일 토요일, Wine Cave와 Major Cellar가 소호하우스 홍콩에서 함께 뜻깊은 테이스팅을 개최했습니다. 🍷 The event brought together wine lovers and members of the business community for an afternoon of fine wines and engaging conversation. We were especially honored to welcome guests from the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong – thank you for joining us! 이번 자리는 와인 애호가들과 비즈니스 커뮤니티 귀빈들이 한자리에 모여 훌륭한 와인과 뜻깊은 대화를 나눈 특별한 시간이었으며, 특히 홍콩 한인상공회의소의 귀빈들께서 함께해주셔서 자리를 빛내주셨습니다. 👨‍🏫 The tasting was led by Bill Liu, whose insightful masterclass guided us through terroir, winemaking traditions, and the artistry behind six iconic Champagnes and whites. His engaging style kept everyone inspired throughout. 테이스팅 이벤트는 Bill Liu의 유익한 마스터클래스로 진행되었으며, 와인에서의 테루아, 전통적인 양조 방식, 그리고 리스트에 포함된 6가지 샴페인과 화이트 와인에 담긴 가치를 생생하게 전달해 주었습니다. 🎁 To add to the fun, we prepared quizzes with prizes including our exclusive agency wine Château Plain Point and other gifts. A highlight came when two elegant young ladies won the wine prizes, impressing everyone with their expertise and creating a lively, competitive energy. 현장에서는 샤토 플랭 포인트를 비롯한 경품이 걸린 퀴즈 이벤트도 진행되었는데, 두 분의 우아한 여성분들께서 와인 경품을 차지하며 모두의 박수를 받았고, 한층 활기찬 분위기를 만들어주었습니다. 💫 Guests showed great appreciation for each wine. Taittinger Comtes de Champagne was nearly sold out on the spot, while Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin and Domaine Leflaive Pouilly-Fuissé emerged as clear crowd favorites. 손님들은 준비된 와인들에 큰 호응을 보내주셨으며, 현장에서 떼땅저 꽁뜨 드 샹파뉴는 거의 매진되었고, 위베르 라미 생또방과 도멘 르플레이브 뿌이 퓌세는 단연 인기 와인으로 꼽혔습니다. 🙏 Thank you to everyone who joined and made the afternoon so special.
